You don't create a portfolio directly on GalleryLift. Instead, sign up for ShutterLift and upload your galleries there. GalleryLift will automatically create a beautiful portfolio website for you at gallerylift.com/yourusername.

You can save images you love to personal favorites lists. Click the heart icon on any image to add it to your favorites. You can create multiple lists with custom names to organize different types of images. Your favorites are saved locally in your browser.

Your favorites lists are stored locally in your browser. If you clear your browser data or use a different device, your favorites will not be available. We recommend bookmarking specific galleries or taking note of your favorite images if you want to reference them later.

No, you cannot download images directly from GalleryLift. All images are protected by copyright and belong to the photographer. If you're interested in purchasing prints or licensing images, please contact the photographer directly through their ShutterLift profile.

Some galleries are password-protected by the photographer. These might be client proofs, private events, or exclusive content. You'll need the password from the photographer to view these galleries. Once authenticated, you can browse and add images to favorites just like public galleries.
